As a servant leader and part of the senior leadership team, you drive the product vision and roadmap of Swisscom’s “Data, Analytics and AI” group and play a major role in digital transformation across the organisation.

  • You define and support the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable large-scale business solutions that meet stakeholder and customer needs
  • You own the portfolio and product management for our Data, Analytics and AI group, allowing you to maximise mid- to long-term value – and hence make a difference for our customers
  • You play a major role in driving the digital transformation of Swisscom through providing the organisation with differentiating data-driven solutions, together with a highly motivated group of product managers

Team DNA unites over 300 professionals from across Swisscom to work on Data, Analytics and AI. We work as a scaled agile organisation (SAFe Large Solution) to promote cross-divisional collaboration. We strongly believe that an agile mindset, flat hierarchies, decentralised ownership, empowerment and fun are key components of a high performing team of teams.

The themes As part of the senior leadership team, you align objectives and priorities with key stakeholders such as business owners and sponsors, executive board, strategy, governance, financial control and other value streams. Along with architects and PMs, you adjust and execute the company’s D&A strategy. You work with ART PMs to align product visions and roadmaps with overall strategy: Data Lake, Infrastructure Analytics, Mass Market Analytics, Business Analytics and B2B Analytics. You are a key driver in our D&A transformation journey, which includes moving our platforms, tools and solutions to the (AWS) cloud, democratising D&A, and levelling up our organisation to remain the industry’s benchmark.

Your profile

  • 7+ years of product management experience on large, complex product initiatives
  • 5+ years of work experience in B2x or B2B domain
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias toward making evidence and data-based decisions
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define, scope and prioritise product requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset and energetic team player
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding value to customers
  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or a related field, MBA a plus
  • Fluent English, German – French a plus
  • Work experience in a data science/tech domain
