Are you passionate about Projects? Do you have good organizational skills? Then, we want to hear from you! You help us promote and further grow our SRD II & Proxy Voting Service offering. In our emphatic and dynamic Proxy Voting Service team, you coordinate and support all Proxy Voting related tasks.


What You Will Do

• Process and verify global Proxy Voting Instructions

• Respond to customer queries in relation to proxy voting

• Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Management, IT, etc.

What You Bring

• Previous Proxy Voting Service or corporate actions experience with expertise is a plus

• The ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner

• Excellent organisational and time management skills • Providing excellent customer service, communicative personality and joy of interacting with the relevant stake holders

• Careful and exact working method
