Cilag AG is looking for a Specialist Industrial Hygiene (m/f/d) in Schaffhausen.

We are an international development and production company of the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson with more than 1250 employees in Schaffhausen.

To strengthen our Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability department, we are looking for a person as of April 01, 2022 or by appointment as

Specialist Industrial Hygiene

This position is permanent, with a 100% workload.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical advice and participation in the planning, implementation, maintenance and control of industrial hygiene programs for Janssen Schaffhausen in accordance with Swiss legislation and Johnson & Johnson’s internal standards
  • Creation and updating of training documents and presentations on occupational hygiene topics
  • Participation in the planning, coordination and creation of risk analyses
  • Implementation of industrial hygiene measurements at exposed workplaces with evaluation, documentation and communication of the results
  • Advising production, quality and engineering departments on occupational hygiene aspects and on the implementation of protective measures

Qualifikationen

Education
  • University or technical college degree in the fields of chemistry, engineering, biotechnology or related (M.Sc. or Dipl.)
  • Completed training as an occupational hygienist (or willingness to complete it)

Required

Experience and Skills:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of life science (industry or research)
  • Experience in supporting audits (internal/external)
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of IT systems and MS Office
  • You are characterized by very high communication and coordination skills
  • You are decisive and have team spirit

  • High flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations
  • Self-initiative to advance projects to improve the quality level

Other
  • Willingness to participate in group-wide projects
  • Willingness to participate in training/further education at home and abroad
