Specialist Settlement Trading Operations

Aufgaben

Settlement of equities, bonds and derivatives / Monitoring of all securities transactions of the trading business regarding the domestic and foreign markets / Control and review of securities transactions / Processing and monitoring of transaction orders in various general ledgers / Identification of outstanding, erroneous equity, bond and derivative transactions and correction of errors / Posting of transactions, capital adjustments etc. / Debit delivery fees on deliveries / Responsible for the internal reconciliation and the open items in the checklist / Reconciliation of transaction and accounting data in the systems / Handle inquiries / Contribute to continuous improvement of processes / Co-responsible for high-quality processing of ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Banking apprenticeship, trading diploma, university degree / Knowledge of securities and derivatives / Professional experience in trading support / Knowledge of securities settlement / Generalist knowledge of securities operations, borrowing & lending, corporate actions, etc. / Affinity for numbers and data / Analytical and quality-conscious skills and networked thinking / Speed and accuracy of work / Used to working to deadlines / Customer-oriented thinking, service- and solution-oriented / IT flair: MS-Office and Excel / German as well as English.
