Your ’day to day’

As a Senior Engineer - Innovation & Alliances you will deliver business cases, innovation tools, capabilities, methodologies, industry standards and processes to enable innovation execution.

More specifically, you’ll
  • Manage and further build global ecosystem of partners such as universities, research institutes and startups
  • Enable contractual partnering completion together with strategy dept, M&A, procurement and legal as needed
  • Lead projects applying innovation methodologies to generate new innovation ideas and concepts
  • Organize events to foster exchanges (e.g. boot camps, tech colliders, cross industry spaces)
  • Coordinate acquisition and development of scouting, knowledge management and value creation tools
  • Ensure local infrastructure and capability build up and support operational aspects of key partnerships
Who we’re looking for
  • University degree in an engineering or science field
  • Significant experience in business partnership, innovation and business development
  • Out of the box thinking to craft practical solutions to financial, legal and operational needs of the core team
  • Strong problem solving and organizational capabilities coupled with a collaborative mindset
  • Quick and committed learner with a pragmatic, creative and autonomous mindset
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
