For our Indirect Retail team (Swiss Market), we are therefore looking for a (Sr) Key Account Manager based in Lausanne or Zurich.

In this position you will be key in driving the development of strategic initiatives in retail chains and wholesalers in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with the company’s smoke free journey.

Your day-to-day as (Sr) Key Accounts Manager
  • Lead the collaboration with assigned Key Accounts to drive business growth and to deliver against commercial targets
  • Prepare & lead negotiations with assigned customers and ensure compliance of negotiated agreements through regular monitoring
  • Work closely with the Field Sales team to support flawless execution of initiatives at POS level
  • Represent and drive our Indirect Retail channel in various cross-functional projects
  • Manage your own team of Key Account Managers reporting to you
We’re looking for someone with
  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management of major customers in FMCG
  • Understanding of digital accounts (E-Retail) would be considered a strong asset
  • Commercially savvy with excellent knowledge of retail landscape in Switzerland
  • Strong negotiator, results driven, with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Project Management skills, proven ability to lead multiple projects at a time
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Proficient in Swiss German or German and in English
  • Mobile and willing to travel within Switzerland (company car provided)
