Your day-to-day

As the Sr Manager Business Excellence, you will be partnering with stakeholders across the Global Operations organization to generate business value, exercise disruptive thinking to drive innovation, and support the GBS functional leadership in the delivery of process and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the deployment of Integrated Business Excellence Model across Operations Functions to continuously drive breakthrough results. Own and manage overall the model implementation and organization evolution in line with the Operations strategy
• Ensure the overall accountability and governance of the Business Excellence deployment within operations for the sustainability of the system. Ensure all methods, standards and processes within Operations are fully in line with the model
• Ensure the availability of resources with the appropriate expertise for the deployment of excellence capabilities. Provide direct coaching to function Leadership teams (including OMT) and SnPD community as per established capability excellence roadmap.
• Provide in-depth expertise, consulting and training on specific skills and capabilities included
• Define the most appropriate KPIs in order to monitor the effectiveness of the deployed business excellence capabilities, standards and methodologies to drive the expected results
• Develop and deploy in collaboration with operation functions a culture focusing on eliminating losses from the current processes and continuously identifying the next capabilities needed to set the organization for the future.
• Continuously review Operations best practices and current best approaches (I.e. external benchmarking) to ensure they are shared, adopted and integrated into the model and deployed to the relevant functions.
• Ensure efficient communication and visualization on the Excellence Model strategy deployment, roadmap and actions to guarantee maximum awareness and alignment across Operations organization. Engage management teams and key partners into communications plan roll out
  

Who we’re looking for

• 8-10+ years’ experience in a process improvement or business improvement role
• Experience with process lean and re-engineering methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience at tailoring communications to audiences at different levels of the organization
• Experience with operating model design
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong time management skills
• An understanding of business systems, and implementation of technology solutions
• Experience working within or providing consulting/business improvement expertise to corporate strategic, back-office or shared service functions.
