Job Function
  • Provide a key link in Supply Chain between customers, distribution centers and inter-company and third party supply sites
  • Manage order processing and invoicing
  • Ensure the speed to patients, monitoring system performance and inventory at the European distribution centers
  • Liaise with Site’s Purchasing, Finance departments & fiscal representatives to perform Customer Planning activities
Responsibilities
  • Monitor system requirements and resolve discrepancies in quantity & timing to fulfill market demand
  • Receipt and processing of supplier invoices and following up on price discrepancies, payment queries
  • Manage accurate receipt and processing of tolling fee invoices
  • Ensure that customers and supply sites comply with business and tolling rules
  • Issue invoices to markets.
  • Issue required shipping documents
  • Coordinate returns and reworks at supply sites and ensure that costs are back charged to the appropriate party
  • Organize product transportation between manufacturing sites, 3 PLs and customers and coordinate import/export activities
  • Report transportation incidents on in- and outbound shipments and liaise with the Global Transportation group
  • Maintain master data relating to customers, contracts, info records and source lists.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with Good Distribution Procedures
  • Liaise with Global/Regional Supply Chain & Quality regarding redeployments, allocations, product launches and change control
  • Liaise with Quality Control (QC) for testing, release and generation of CoAs, inspection and release of Drug Products
  • Work with External Manufacturing Organisation on the implementation of new supply models
  • Month end inventory review with third party logistics (3PLs) and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs)
  • Comply with all Regulatory/Finance/Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) / Security compliance procedures
  • Perform all Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) transactions in a compliant manner
  • Meet Finance deadlines for month and year end sales reporting
  • Provide supporting documentation for financial audits as requested
