Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering. Our Account Managers ensure that Endress+Hauser develops the processes and products that best fit the needs of our multinational customers. As part of a strategic initiative to strengthen our OEM Business we are looking for two Account Managers who will respectively specialize in Food & Beverage or Life Sciences.The employees that we are looking for will be based in Central Europe and will work remotely or from one of our Sales Offices. Traveling internationally will be an integral part of the role.Role + Responsibilities

• You will establish professional relationships with key stakeholders in selected customers
• You will set the course of a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a long-term perspective
• You will formulate and implement an account development plan that increases sales and profits for the Endress+Hauser Group
• You will coordinate the involvement of Endress+Hauser resources, including management, services and specialized subject matter experts to ensure the satisfaction of our customer’s expectation

Qualification + Profile

• Strategic Account Management and Sales experience required
• Capable of strategic thinking
• Ability to impact with competence
• Capable of motivating and guiding teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment
• Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
