To strengthen our Corporate Marketing team in Zurich/Switzerland we are looking for a person committed to making a difference in Strategic Marketing and increasing Customer Understanding by developing strategic marketing capabilities.

Our ideal candidate is hands-on and passionate about market research and analytics, experienced in customer segmentation and positioning, and able to establish frameworks for successful tactics.

STRATEGIC & CUSTOMER CENTRIC MAKRETING MANAGER (M/F/D) 100%

Exciting Challenges

  • Develop with Head of Marketing and Heads of Target Markets frameworks related to customer segmentation, customer profiling and product positioning
  • Provide insights for tactical marketing and marketing technology based on data / research findings
  • Coordinate the assessment and monitoring of relevant intelligence from existing platforms (e.g.: social listening, e-learning, website, CRM)
  • Develop primary market research program, evaluate partners and coordinate partners throughout the research process
  • Consolidate findings and establish regular documentation and reports for group management
  • Develop and execute in-house research for corporate purposes
  • Train and advise local organization in the implementation of in-house research

We Need Your Skills

  • Experience with analytics / research software, BI and data visualizations tools. Any degree or specialization in analytics and market research is a plus
  • Solid analytics background to organize and consolidate data from different sources
  • Ability to transform data into insights and advise on findings
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solver mentality and ability to manage various projects and requests simultaneously in a multi-cultural environment
