Strategic Platform Manager
- Drive parts of strategic solution portfolio of Sonova HI Business in the early phases of the product definition process including Exploration and Concept Phases
- Contribute to definition of next generation platform for all Sonova brands with a time horizon of 3-7 years
- Strong contribution to definition of the benefit roadmap
- Drive parts of the benefit portfolio resulting in aligned and clear guidance including priorities for mid- to long-term product, infrastructure, and functions development
- Contribute to a winning innovation pipeline along all relevant strategic objectives
- Define, drive, and contribute to concept development projects and write feature requirements thereof
- Trigger early insight generation and market research to support and identify unmet needs and problems to be solved
- Take inputs from trend analysis and translate into future solution requirements
- Assess the impact and potential benefits of new solutions on the hearing aid industry
- Collect and compile a picture of opportunities and risks and come forward with a recommendation
- Degree in Business, Engineering or similar
- Additional degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration or recognized audiological education
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy or technical background
- Domain knowledge in hearing aid market or in-depth know-how of the hearing aid industry
- Combination of strong business acumen and technical background
- Open minded person with can-do approach
- Enjoyment for business and technological complexity
- Outstanding conceptual and analytical thinking
- Comfortable facilitating cross functional group discussions
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent presenter (elevator pitches)
- Fluent in English
