In the Global Service Operations department, as part of the larger strategic service strategy, we aim also to be the preferred Spare- and Wear Parts provider for all our customers. We want to strengthen our market positions, standardize our Spare- and Wear Part processes, create an efficient supply chain and providing transparency to improve process performance. In this role you are responsible for developing and implementing the spare & ware parts product and pricing strategy on group level. Tasks
  • Develop the spare & wear parts product strategy on group level
  • Implement und execute the parts strategy in the matrix organization within all business areas and regions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and assigned functions
  • Definition and lifecycle of group wide parts pricing strategy
  • Define rules for the global parts pricing including price rounds, set-up of controlling, analytics, and systems across business areas and regions
  • Steering of global market price research and definition of parameters for data validation and market price calculation
  • Execution of price revisions in close collaboration with business areas and regions
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of pricing success, margin leakages and identification of pricing potentials
  • Building up pricing competencies globally, establish local “pricing ambassadors”

Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Management, Strategy, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Extensive strategic and operative pricing expertise (5-10 years) in the industrial goods industry
  • Experienced in steering and consulting global pricing teams and stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills
  • Marketing affinity with a strategical and analytical manner of thinking
  • Ability to navigate effectively and cross-functionally within a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Ability to build and network collaborative relationship
  • Proactive, self-initiating and target driven team player
