About the role: In this role you will be a core member of the OC (Ostomy Care) Strategic Office reporting to the Strategic Program Lead, being responsible for shaping and implementing the Ostomy Margin and Profitability Program, driving cross functional execution within the OC Business Unit through collaboration with various functions such as R&D, Operations, regional Commercial teams, and the ConvaTec Transformation Office (TO) where necessary. Your key duties and responsibilities: Own systematic program analytics piece and prepare data for all communications. Including recommendations. Support development of the Ostomy Margin and Profitability Program which encompasses the “how to” of execution. Work with the Strategic Lead to support problem solving sessions to identify and remove roadblocks: Diagnosis with project teams Identification of potential solutions Assess and recommend a course of action as well as the impact on the strategic objectives Escalate as needed Identification of additional opportunities, both internal or external, in collaboration with the business and/or Corp Dev team Become a Wave (PM Software) superuser and support business unit teams to follow best practice Work with the business to determine the resources (time, money, capital equipment, etc.) required and develop schedules and resource allocation plans required for successful project completion Review project schedules and ensure alignment of project goals with the OC Leadership team and project team members; revise schedules/plan as required Personally delivery execution capability training sessions Evaluate the outcomes of projects as established during the planning phase Help teams navigate our business processes and use your network to enable rapid decision making progress About you Strong performer with “owner’s” mindset; and bias to action High levels of initiative and self-motivation to do what is right for the business Excellent professional conduct at all times with all levels of the business Highly comfortable with data and numbers Good financial and mathematical acumen to support project analysis Strong experience driving culture of “execution excellence” and accountability Strong program management skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) and coaching skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Dynamic problem solver who is able to break down complex problems Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across the company Excellent analytical skills Passionate about innovating how we work Literacy with various technical applications such as SAP, Excel, Report writing Qualifications/Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree level experience Proven experience working within Project / Program management environment Extensive experience full-time work experience in Business, Process Improvement, Sales, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related field Our transformation will change your career.
