Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
  • deliver exceptional talent acquisition through external market awareness with an appreciation of our UBS Switzerland division’s overall strategy
  • leverage strong research skills to proactively identify, attract and hire the right candidates at senior level as well as to continue to build diversity
  • plan and conduct effective research activities for proactive talent pooling, diversity and succession planning initiatives
  • manage the end to end recruitment process for strategic and senior hiring supporting Wealth Management Switzerland
  • build sustainable relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners and ensure candidates and hiring managers experience seamless execution from start to finish
  • provide market intelligence and advice to the recruiting organization, Human Resources organization and the business

Your team

You’ll report directly to the Divisional Head Recruiting for UBS Switzerland and be part of the UBS Switzerland Recruiting team which is mainly located in Zurich and in some Swiss regions, covering front-office and COO roles within the division. We all work at a swift pace with shifting priorities, striving to deliver exceptional client service to hiring managers and candidates. Driving our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda is at the core of our recruiting strategy and as a strategic recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset - our people.

Your expertise

  • professional experience as a Strategic / Executive Recruiter with in-house recruiting and/or from a search firm specializing within Wealth Management and Private Banking
  • strong research and direct sourcing capabilities
  • an excellent negotiator with strong relationship management and great communication skills (both verbal and written), always professional (and you have the human touch)
  • a positive attitude and known for delivering excellent recruitment solutions
  • high integrity and compliant with internal quality standards
  • attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple hires and projects at one time
  • highly adaptable and resourceful personality who can navigate through complexity and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • fluent in German and sound command of English. French and/or Italian is a plus
