About the opportunity

We are looking for a passionate person to join the Group Strategy & Performance Management team. In this role, you´ll work in a team of diverse professionals who execute the Group Strategy & Performance Management mandate on behalf of the Group Chief Financial Officer. You will become a trusted partner of the colleagues in Finance and beyond, driving initiatives, providing support and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content.

As Strategy & Performance Management Analyst you will support the delivery of the Group’s key central initiatives and Performance Management task, including the development of in-depth market and competitor analysis on global re-/insurance markets and the analysis and reporting of financial KPIs to Senior Management. As we closely cooperate within the team, you´ll be involved in a broad range of tasks over time.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a firm understanding of the Group Strategy & Performance Management function and topics of a global diversified reinsurance company.

Required skills and capabilities

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Meaningful experience in the reinsurance, insurance, financial or consulting sector
  • Good understanding of Corporate Finance
  • Good communicator who feels comfortable to present information in a concise and appealing way
  • Familiar with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and ideally also Power BI
  • Excellent command of English
