Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Experience in technology and emerging/early-stage products.
  • Experience in operations in a large global organization.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience working with sales, partnerships, and/or business development organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.

About The Job

The Partnerships Solutions and Go-to-Market (PSGTM) team in Global Partnerships provide Strategy and Operations, Go-To-Market, and Industry solutions support to Global Partnerships. We focus on driving the transformation required to build our partnerships team and serve our Global Partnerships team to function at its best.

Our team provides strategic insights and ideas on key topics, advises business leaders on strategy and organizational design, helps drive business operations and efficiency, builds executive narratives, and supports product commercialization.

In this role, you will help drive the strategy and execution for the Global Product Partnerships (GPP) team. You will focus on delivering ideas, operational excellence, and executive-level narratives to help advance Google’s product mission. You will work directly with leaders on priority topics across business areas and help the global organization identify, plan for, and execute against priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ideas and strategic guidance on specific topics and collaborate with the broader Global Product Partnerships (GPP) Strategy and Operations team and other GPP Leads on cross-business area efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive support on strategic and operational initiatives that enable our partnership goals across multiple Google business areas.
  • Drive critical analysis and recommendations on highest priority topics and escalations related to partnership/go-to-market strategy across all our products and solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to executive leaders in the Global Partnerships organization.
  • Develop clear, simple, and persuasive internal and external communications to influence executive stakeholders.
