Are you interested in working on cutting-edge banking topics in the Swiss Bank / Switzerland Strategy department and together with top management build the strategic agenda of an industry-leading bank? Then this is your chance!

Our team supports the CEO and Management Committee of the Swiss Bank division with the development of its divisional strategy, the strategic evolution of its product portfolio, as well as the review and optimization of its business activities.

You will create tangible strategic impact, leveraging a wide range of management consulting and leadership skills and take responsibility for large and complex projects from strategy definition & concept development to implementation.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for outstanding problem-solvers with a positive mindset and the drive to define and implement the strategy for Swiss Universal Bank, someone who
  • Has an above-average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, economics, natural sciences, or engineering
  • Spent at least 3 years with a premier strategy consulting firm, preferably with a focus on banking; or a successful track record in a strategy role within a financial services company
  • Demonstrates ability in and is passionate about managing projects and central initiatives with leadership experience
  • Shows excellent analytical-conceptual skills, strong thought leadership and story-lining capabilities, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
  • Contributes with positive personality drive and energy to generate creative solutions for complex problems
  • Has strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels
  • Excels at presenting and has proficiency in English (both written and oral), strong German language skills are a plus
