Our PMO Department located at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a highly motivated

Strategy & PMO Manager (100%)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the delivery of multiple, cross-functional projects across the global Triumph Group
  • Supporting project leads in setting-up project/business plans, providing both a standard methodology and working tools
  • Directly performing modelling and analytical activities (Excel) to estimate expectations in terms of financial and business impacts of ongoing projects
  • Working in connection with Corporate Finance and Business Controllers to track actual delivery of each initiative
  • Facilitating communication towards board members and top managers
  • Granting a timely delivery of monthly project status overview reports, organize and hold transformation workshops and update calls
  • Acting as an integrator and change agent, developing strong relationships within key stakeholders, the Global Management Board and transformation leads

Your ideal profile:

  • University degree with a strong background in engineering / economics studies is preferred
  • Min. 2 years of experience in strategy consulting is a must have
  • Direct experience in drawing/preparing communication for high level stakeholders (e.g. staff of CEO office)
  • International exposure gained through education or work in a foreign country
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power point is a must have
  • Fluent English
  • Flexible and analytical mindset, strong problem solving skills, team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
