Be part of a department within Strategy & Initiatives in Compliance that works on cutting-edge banking & compliance topics together with top management and shapes the compliance strategy of an industry-leading bank. Create tangible strategic impact, using a wide range of management consulting and leadership skills and take ownership for large and complex projects from strategy definition & concept development to implementation.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for outstanding problem-solvers with a positive mindset and the drive to define and implement the compliance strategy and strategic projects across Credit Suisse, someone who:

  • Has an above-average university degree or an equivalent education, ideally with a specialization in business, economics, law, natural sciences, or engineering
  • At least 3 years with a premier strategy consulting firm, preferably with a focus on banking or compliance; or a successful track record in a strategy or project management role within a financial services company
  • Has demonstrated ability and passion in managing projects and central initiatives with leadership experience
  • Shows excellent analytical-conceptual skills, strong thought leadership and story-lining capabilities, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
  • Contributes with positive personality, drive and energy to generate creative solutions for complex problems
  • Has strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels
  • Excels at presenting and has proficiency in English (both written and oral), strong German language skills are a plus
