What you do

Resolution of military customer driven engineering issues in the structural engineering domain
Performing structural assessment of aircraft damages, via classic static stress and Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis
Preparation of structural repairs and their substantiation
Updating technical content of maintenance manuals
Management of engineering projects, including changes to type design

What you bring

Bachelor degree or equivalent in stress analysis or aeronautical engineering
Around 3 years of work experience in the field of aircraft structural engineering, preferably in the field of customer engineering support
Familiarity with MSC NASTRAN, FEMAP or similar packages is required
Highly self-motivated personality with the capability of working with minimum supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritisation to meet a set schedule
Fluency in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (min. C1), a working knowledge of German is an advantage
