Responsibilities
  • Responsible of the production lines, meaning direct responsibility of production and strong link with planning, purchasing , quality, and engineering to ensure customers expectations
  • Responsible for the application of the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and he proposes action plans where necessary
  • Ensure the communication from/to Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, NPI & Quality, WW Supply-Chain and the affiliate as well as the associate reporting
  • Make analysis to ensure the follow up of the Business Plan and the Master Production Schedule
  • Participate to the inventory coordination level of raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished goods
  • Responsible to define goals and to make the performance evaluation for the associates as well as to ensure their development through adequate training plan
  • Propose solutions to better satisfy the demand, improve the product costs, increase the productivity and decrease the lead time.
Qualifications

Background/Skills :

  • Master Degree in Science, Chemicals background is an asset
  • Planning & Production skills
  • ERP, MRP expertise. PE Certification
  • 5 Years of Medical environment or equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of Management
  • Green Belt Certification

Aptitudes/Behavior :

  • Analysis spirit
  • Organisational skills
  • Leadership / Communication
  • Fluent in English
