In view of our continued global growth, we are recruiting a Supplier and Third-Party Quality Specialist (m/w) at our biotech production site in Geneva during 24 months for a CDD. Reporting to the Supplier and Third-Party Quality Team Leader, your mission is to establish and improve quality systems, initiatives, priorities, and timelines linked to Third Parties (distributors, partners and service providers).

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
  • Ensure Third Parties quality management related to OM Pharma SA
  • Manage Third Parties initial and periodic qualification / review
  • Update list and electronic database (Trackwise) of qualified Third Parties
  • Create, update and maintain quality technical agreements and all quality documents (questionnaires, certificates)
  • Manage deviations, investigations, CAPA, and changes related to Third Parties
  • Define, organize and conduct external audits
  • Participate to received audits (health authority inspections and partners audits)
  • Act as key interface of Quality Management in projects (Third Parties and Compliance projects)

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
  • Degree in the field of Life Sciences (Master’s or Pharmacist)
  • First experience (2-3 years) in quality assurance / quality systems in a biotech or pharmaceutical industry, ideally linked to suppliers or third parties
  • Very good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
  • Fluent in French and English, both in oral and written conversation
