In our journey to impact on patients’ lives, we are looking for a Supply Chain Associate who reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

The Supply Chain Associate is responsible of:

  • The demand planning process by using the analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimate future product demands
  • The supply chain process of our raw materials to anticipate and maintain stock levels to ensure the business runs smoothly

We are looking for an ambitious, pro-active and highly efficient person with excellent organisation skills.


Key responsibilities:

  • Establish raw materials’ forecasts from finished products’ demand
  • Manage suppliers’ relationships
  • Analyse MRP and establish purchase orders
  • Follow purchase orders status
  • Keep delivery dates in ERP up to date
  • Apply continuous improvement and lean management
  • Update supply chain procedures according to our processes
  • Follow Supply Chain KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • 2-3 experience in the field of supply chain, purchasing and logistics inventory coordination
  • Strong Knowledge of ERP
  • Strong Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Conscientious and rigorous
  • Team spirit and curious
  • Organisational skills
