Supply Chain - Export Specialist - Pharmaceutical Environment

Experience And Skills

  • minimum 2 years’ experience in Global Export and/or Import Department/activities
  • Project management & process optimization skills
  • Flexible, communicative and team-oriented
  • Diligent and quality driven (right first time approach)
  • Structured and proactive working attitude
  • Experienced SAP user, strong MS Package skills & knowledge (Excel, Word, PP)
  • English and German (verbal and written) at professional working level

  • Job Description
    • Organization, coordination and overview of temperature-controlled national and international
    • Shipments, Air and Road Freight transportation.
    • Coordinate with internal and external logistics & distribution teams, planners and external Couriers
    • Contact Person for Export / Import enquiries, resolve stakeholder issues.
    • Support clinical complaint investigations & corrective action plans
    • Contributor & Reviewer of local and global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
    • Ensure 100% Compliance adherence (Export/Import Licenses, Global Trade Compliance, GMP, GDP)
    • Generate relevant shipping documents (Proforma Invoice, Pick lists, dangerous goods Certificates)
    • Support the Import Group for Import activities (cross trained)
    • Participation in internal & external projects or process improvements
