Position Summary

We are currently looking for a highly competent Supply Chain Procurement Expert reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and responsible to ensure outstanding running of the procurement operations for goods and transport (Road, Sea, Air).

A day in a life of a Supply Chain Procurement Expert:
  • Tracking service, cost and payment using proposed and agreed set of KPI.
  • Managing invoicing process: analyze reasons of blocked and parked invoices and drive until resolution on time with high standards of quality.
  • Own shipment creation on time in full for BGS flows.
  • Putting in place a structured continuous improvement approach based on the application of tools and the implementation of best practice.
  • Verify statement of accounts of different suppliers and manage any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring rates captured in invoice and contracts accuracy.
  • Driving initiatives for opportunities to Nestlé’s Benefit within the relationship with suppliers.
  • Engaging daily with internal and external stakeholders (Suppliers, Global Procurement Team, Business managers, Customer service and Finance).

What makes you successful:
  • University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant and successful experience within Procurement (ideally within Logistics Categories).
  • Exposure to end to end Procure-to-Pay processes in international environment.
  • High learning speed and agility to navigate in ambiguity.
  • Ability to successfully lead projects and implement change in multicultural environment at different levels of organization.
  • Proficient in using SAP.
  • Demonstrated success in risk management, responsible sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across a complex organization.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
