Within the Supply Chain Distribution Capabilities & Compliance Department, the Supply Chain project manager will support the accelerated evolution of the Supply Chain within innovative initiatives in organization, processes and flows of the end-to-end Supply Chain of the Maison.

Main Objective of the Role

Drive major transformation & continuous improvement supply chain projects from Manufacture to POS distribution within Cartier Supply Chain.

Propose and design the target, defines KPIs, evaluate key impacts, drive the change management within Cartier Central Departments & Subsidiaries, and coordinate with the required Richemont support teams (Logistics, Group Tech., Tax & Compliance, …).

Define the necessary business requirements for implementing the related IT solution when needed and the change management impacts.

Manage the projects to respect milestones, budget/KPi’s and deadlines and communicate to all involved stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Define and build the framework of the projects
    • Understanding of the context, objectives, KPIs and target process
    • Business case or analysis advantages /associated costs
    • Propose adapted approach, targeted project team and governance
    • Define milestones, planning and roadmap
  • Manage the initiatives
    • Animate project steerco & transversal project team,
    • Review of all upstream/downstream impacted flows
    • Identify required changes and gaps and adhoc cut-over plan
  • Coordinate implementation of the solution IT if needed,
    • Ensure with Group Technology and Cartier stakeholders appropriate methodology to define and implement the correct IT tool
    • Embark all needed experts for the technology implementation,
    • Ensure coordination and follow-up of all execution phases with Regional project members and Group Support Functions team if needed
  • Support the operational implementation of the solution,
    • Prepare and drive the change management,
    • Ensure a close post-go-live follow-up phase, issues in production correctly escalated and followed until problem solving
    • Leverage any post-go live process improvement along with Maison growth and strategy evolution.
    • All along the project, document and communicate as required to ensure decision-making on time and successful actions plan especially in change management.

    Job Profile

    Education

    • Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain

    Required Experience

    • Confirmed experience in management of transversal projects with a well-knowledge of Supply Chain processes and IT tools
    • 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain /Distribution projects or in consulting/audit in international/strategic context.
    • Knowledge on international distribution in Luxury industry a plus
    • English & French fluent required, other language a plus

    Technical Skills / Abilities

    • Project Management
    • Expert in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
    • SC business models knowledge
    • SAP & IT digital tools knowledge
