As Supply Management Business Partner, you will act as an expert and sparring partner with your related divisions to identify stakeholders and team members, define and implement sourcing strategy, ensure and monitor its performance to optimize the professional services spend category at Skyguide. You will as well support specific sourcing and procure to pay needs on the site of Wangen.



Mission

  • Establish needs overview, list of priority actions and action plan to deliver agreed targets
  • Create, Coordinate and implement sourcing strategies in line with customer’s needs
  • KPI’s creation, reporting and follow up ; ERP tool new generation implementation and related processes support
  • Continuous participation to improve processes
  • Continuous contribution to the supply management team success and supply management process performance across Skyguide



Profile

  • Degree in Supply Management, ideally completed by a certification
  • Solid experience as spend category expert in professional and intellectual services in software industry is a key success factor in this role
  • Knowledge and understanding of an ATM business model / Basic financial management of compagnies, would be a plus
  • Having acted as strategic buyer at multiple-site and within complex organization
  • Familiar with common IT Tools and ERP
  • Leadership, strong communication skills with proven ability to convince, to prepare and drive negotiations as well as managing stakeholders and suppliers
  • Excellent German and English skills, French is an asset ; willingness to travel within locations if business requirements
