We seek to fill the following position in Regensdorf (Zürich), Switzerland

Support Engineer 100% - Rail Surveying (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

Client support in verbal and written form

Proactively Develop Skills In End-users’ Application Know-how

Organize and conduct client training sessions on site (globally) including creation of ºtraining materials

Support of Sales in client acquisition on technical matters

Organize and conduct product presentations and provide project support

Interface between market / client requirements and product management / development

Desired Skills

A degree in Surveying / Geomatics / Civil Engineering is an asset

Proven experience in surveying rail infrastructure

Affinity for product and application development of system engineering

Dynamic professional with some years of work experience

Willingness to travel (approx. 30 - 50%)

Very good written and spoken command of English and German (a third language is an asset)
