In this role you will report to the Head of HR and support various HR administrative tasks. You will also support the Executive Assistant with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. Starting date: As soon as possible. Place of work: Schlieren, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records including filing and scanning
  • Updating internal HR database and systems
  • Support the Recruiting Process
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Support the Onboarding Process and coordination of onboarding program
  • Support various HR projects
  • General administrative support to the Executive Assistant in office management and contract management. Mostly recurring monthly tasks, e.g.:
  • Support monthly recurring events
  • Meeting planning
  • Control of credit card invoices
  • Take care of the contracts database

Profile

  • Proven work experience in an HR support role or as an Administrative Assistant
  • Commercial education, HR Assistant degree or similar
  • Computer literacy, in particular MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important tasks
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills, sensitivity and understanding of cross-cultural complexities
  • Fluent in English and German
