My duties

  • Supports the development of analytics and content for partner and supplier engagements
  • Provides advanced analytics for the development and implementation for outsourced service providers COVID-19 response and freight category strategies, tender evaluations including cost-of-goods and/or service cost break down analyses and applying different supply and demand scenarios, and supplier performance management monitoring
  • Support the outsourced services strategy implementation
  • Support the evolution and implementation of the outsourced services category strategy, particularly freight, as required over time
  • Supports the supplier relationship to drive value and performance, maximizes visibility through the end-to-end supply chain
  • Supports interaction between the suppliers and concerned stakeholders across the secretariat to drive the end-to-end process efficiency, as required
  • Supports quarterly and annual supplier performance management to inform the business allocation, as required
  • Supports realization of value opportunities and supply solutions for challenging requests in terms of outsourced services, as required

My qualifications

  • University degree in public, economics, finance, business administration, procurement and supply chain and other relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in public/ private health product sourcing
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to use excel and tableau
  • Demonstrate ability to manage big and complex data sets
  • Relevant experience of service supplier relationship management, Process and project management would be a plus
  • Knowledge on the health products and freight sourcing
  • Relevant experience engaging with/ within Lower Middle-Income Countries (LMICs)
  • An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
