We are growing our Talent Acquisition team to help meet our exciting recruiting goals reflective of Degreed’s high growth trajectory across the globe. Talent Acquisition Coordinators at Degreed are collaborative, own the candidate experience, and are expected to be detail oriented and empathetic.

The ideal candidate will be organised with a passion for recruiting and a willingness to learn. This individual will be responsible for coordinating candidate interviews throughout the recruiting process; providing an excellent candidate experience from application to hire. They will manage relationships with hiring managers and be able to identify areas of improvement, find new solutions to problems, and can move quickly while paying attention to detail.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA, and will be located remotely in the United Kingdom. This role directly supports Recruiters with hiring across business functions globally.

Day In The Life
  • Assist with high volume of recruiting activities globally, with a focus on the EMEA region
  • Schedule phone screens, video conferencing, presentations, and in-person interviews with candidates for Degreed’s recruiting team and hiring managers across global time zones
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure it’s up-to-date and accurate
  • Act as a point person throughout the candidate journey and deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
  • Produce ad hoc recruiting reports and post jobs in our ATS and external partner job boards
  • Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process
  • Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
  • 2 years’ experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Excel, Slack, Zoom, and G Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Experience navigating an ATS (specifically Greenhouse) and other recruiting tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Able to travel for the company and team gatherings a few times a year
What Will Set You Apart:
  • Previous experience working for a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company
  • Experience supporting company wide diversity, inclusion, and belonging recruiting initiatives
  • Previous experience supporting scheduling in a global environment
  • Previous experience using Greenhouse
  • Highly organised with experience prioritising tasks while managing time efficiently and working with a sense of urgency
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable with last minute changes and rescheduling requests High-energy and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
Work Environment & Physical Demands

Degreed is a remote-first company, however our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location (when it is safe to return to the office). This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our US and International colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
