Talent Acquisition Lead - Europe & GCC

6 months contract with permanent option

As Talent Acquisition Lead you will develop and implement recruitment strategies for the company to strengthen their teams with world-class people and achieve the business objectives. You will report to the Head of Human Resources Europe & GCC.

Your main responsibilities
  • Full recruiting life cycle for all positions on all levels in Europe and GCC
  • Strategy definition for Europe, including hiring manager training, candidate experience, interview guidance etc
  • Accountable to lead employment offer negotiations, directly or by partnering with business
  • Close partnership with the business to define job profiles
  • Providing guidance for hiring top talent with mindset for success in fast-paced organization
  • Increase talent pool for all European countries
  • Manage all external recruitment agency engagement, negotiate terms and conditions
  • Reporting connected to hiring to Leadership
  • Guide, mentor and lead the Talent Acquisition coordinator
  • Leadership of employer branding, diversity inclusion and equality initiatives in Europe
  • Strong collaboration with Legal and Compliance on documentation, GDPR and related processes
Your Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role
  • Experience of recruiting talent in Biotech/Pharma
  • International experience (Europe or Global)
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  • Strong people and team management skills and experienced with team members working remote/globally
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Fluent in English and preferable in one other language such as German, Spanish, French
