To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team based in Switzerland, we are looking for a : TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (permanent, full-time)

ROLE

You will be responsible for piloting the full recruitment processes for a variety of roles within our company, mainly for the Headquarters in Switzerland but also for other SICPA entities worldwide according to the needs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and the talent acquisition team, including carrying out profile briefing meetings, advising on search strategy and process, writing and posting job advertisements, screening incoming applications and proactively sourcing candidates, conducting first interviews, scheduling interviews, maintaining effective administration of the recruitment process and candidate tracking, providing feedback to candidates through the recruitment process, acting as a point of contact for hiring manager, candidates and HR Business Partners in all matters concerning recruitment.
  • Help increase the recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve our KPIs
  • Further strengthen our recruitment process at a global level and participate in recruitment activities for other SICPA entities worldwide
  • Contribute to tools and process improvement projects
  • Contribute to our employer branding initiatives
  • Manage external partners in the area of recruitment and employer branding

PROFILE

  • University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5+ years experience in recruitment in a challenging recruiting environment with a focus on IT/Tech roles
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking system
  • Sourcing expertise using internet job boards, especially Linkedin
  • Experience with different sourcing channels, including digital technologies/AI
  • Customer focus, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a remote and matrix environment, accountability, follow-through and detailed orientation are key competencies
  • Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects
  • Fluent in English and French
