As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, it will be your job to help us drive and help scale our hiring strategy across all EF Academy’s departments and offices around the world.You’ll have the autonomy and support to think outside the box and get creative when it comes to building talent acquisition pools.You will work closely with the talent acquisition and hiring managers to deeply understand our roles and what we look for in exceptional candidates.You will source and maintain a pipeline of top talent for a variety of roles across the globe.This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of growing an organization which is empowering the next generation of global changemakersResponsibilities- Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, building long-term relationships with candidates
- Screen incoming applicants, source passive talent, build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Support Hiring Managers globally, by owning the interview process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage various platforms - Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, job boards and EF’s company career site, while developing best practices for online recruiting
- Ensure 100% data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities
- Iterate and A-B test everything from messaging to sources of talent to optimize talent acquisition efforts
- Research and gather market intelligence
- Foster an internal mobility culture - connecting with EF employees to identify opportunities for growth or development in the organization
- Occasionally collaborate with staffing agencies on specific positions and continue to grow our strong relationships with universities and partners.
- Fluency in English, competence in any additional languages is a plus
- 1-2 years experience building a sourcing strategy and tracking, analyzing and reporting out results
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (ideally Jobvite) is a plus
- Experience in employer marketing and branding is a plus
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment while not compromising on attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and nothing-is-impossible attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, team-working skills and judgment
