Talent Acquisition Specialist - Your future position?


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in our office in Vernier you will join our Talent Acquisition and HR team, represent Givaudan Brand in the market and promote our Employer Value Proposition. You will manage a wide variety of recruitments in our Fragrances and Flavours businesses in Switzerland and occasionally across Europe. You will ensure a strong candidate pipeline, an excellent recruitment experience to candidates and internal stakeholders, and a consistently high-quality selection process.

In this exciting role you will:


  • Manage the recruitment process and the selection of suitable candidates
  • Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candidates
  • Understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring needs and develop sourcing plan
  • Ensure efficient recruitment processes and work to continuously optimize the candidate experience alongside our managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure effectiveness and compliance
  • Manage local vendor relationships and ensure high service levels

Your professional profile includes:


  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in an international environment
  • Experience with social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) platforms
  • Strong understanding of local and regional recruitment market trends
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and French, any additional European language is an asset
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
