On Their Behalf, We Are Looking For a

Talent and Project HR Manager

The aim of the role is to implement the overall Talent Management strategy at global scale.

This comprises Performance Management, Talent Identification, Career Development, and Succession Management, while ensuring Diversity and Inclusion

Responsibilities

R eporting to the to Group central HR function, you collaborate on a daily basis with local HR teams
  • Develop & draft in line with the Group management strategy global process and policies in area of performance management
  • Ensure smooth implementation of such global processes and policies
  • Support business with frameworks and enabling sessions for performance management, conduct calibration rounds if necessary;
  • Manage performance frameworks to align individual and team goals with organization objectives and business results;
  • Identify critical workforce requirements necessary to achieve current and future business results;
  • Analyze and report on performance management metrics
  • Analyze the organization’s future workforce needs against internal and external labor markets to identify potential shortfalls and report the findings to the Group Strategic Decision & Management Committees;
  • Ensure organization design, culture change, organization transformation and change management is driven via our leaders in the organization;
  • Assist leadership in workforce and succession planning by providing analysis of current state and potential threats;
  • Develop and present organizational structures and holistic staffing models based on internal talent bench;
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to develop one global strategic workforce planning and ensuring upskilling employees for mid-term vacancies;
  • Collaborate with the local HR teams to prepare and propose global development programs supporting career development progression of employees;
  • Provide career frameworks and guidance on how to develop employees and organizations further;
  • Train people managers to reinforce the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance, and addressing low performance;
  • Own and drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and ensure it is a fundamental part of all Talent Management processes;
  • Ensure legal compliance of organization processes with local laws and regulations
B ackground
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the area of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar;
  • Minimum 8 years in a similar role; ideally in a large and smaller scales international companies;
  • Strong analytical skills, business oriented, hands on;
  • Proven experience leading and driving large scale change processes;
  • Understanding of performance management/succession planning/development programs and methodologies;
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment and feedback giving practices;
  • Knowledge of business environment and its implications for talent processes;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong intercultural competence;
  • Excellent command of English.
