To complete our team at Nations Secondary School, we are looking for a :Teacher of Physical and Health Education (Replacement of sabbatical) Part-time – 16 periodsResponsibilities
  • Teaching the Physical and Health Education curriculum across all age groups required
Candidate Requirements
  • Teaching qualification in Physical Education essential, coaching qualifications also desirable.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience teaching with secondary students with diverse cognitive and physical learning needs, in a co-educational and international environment.
  • Experience of the MYP Physical and Health Education course is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English, minimum B1 level in French
  • Experience teaching Gymnastics and Yoga would be highly desirable.
  • The ability to be a good team player is essential
  • The candidate is willing to take an active role in the wider life of the school community and be a homeroom mentor
  • Is passionate about developing professionally as a practitioner
  • Has a Google Level 1 Educator award or is committed to working towards it before September.
  • A willingness to develop exciting technological possibilities within the subject.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm, creativity and drive: have a passion for teaching and learning with a drive to achieve the highest possible standards
