More and more clients are communicating with their advisors independent of the location – be it from home or from work, early in the morning until late in the evenings. UBS Personal Banking is expanding remote advice in dedicated Remote Sales & Advice hubs, but also for clients served from their advisors in the branchesWe are looking for a team head to set-up and manage an additional team of outbound agents.Your main tasks include:



  • set-up and manage an efficient and successful Outbound Agent team supporting the Remote Sales & Advisory Business in Personal Banking organization across
  • continuous development and training of the outbound agents in product and services, sales and marketing
  • scheduling of appointments for Client Advisors and specialists in Remote Sales & Advisory and Personal Banking
  • conduct of sales initiatives, digital pilots and campaigns to continuously enhance and develop our client-centric approach
  • leverage of innovative tools, client journeys, remote and digital capabilities in any client interaction
Your teamYou are working in the Remote Advisory & Sales Team for Personal Banking in an office with state-of-the-art infrastructure in Zurich and Renens, close to Lausanne. Work from home is feasible, flexible working hours are ensured.Remote Sales & Advice as strategic initiative will expand in the upcoming years further. The new set-up is operating with flat hierarchies in an agile mode.   • profound experience and motivation in team management and team development, in particular with part-time staff
  • hands-on mentality, team player across other outbound teams, within Regional and Remote Sales & Advisory organization
  • high level of service mindset, good grasp on sales and advisory opportunities within the outbound team and beyond
  • know-how and demonstrated track record across digital and advisory product offering, selling investment, retirement, mortgage offering
  • efficient and structured ways of working, continuously optimizing and industrializing processes and applications
  • profound expertise in risk management
  • fluency in German, good understanding of French or alternatively fluency in French with good understanding in German – fluency in English as must
