Are you interested in leading a team in the Swiss Bank / Switzerland Strategy department - working on cutting-edge banking topics together with top management and building the strategic agenda of an industry-leading bank? Then this is your chance!

Our team supports the CEO and Management Committee of the Swiss Bank division with the development of its divisional strategy, the strategic evolution of its product portfolio, as well as the review and optimization of its business activities.

You will create tangible strategic impact, leveraging a wide range of management consulting and leadership skills and take responsibility for large and complex projects from strategy definition & concept development to implementation.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for outstanding leaders and problem-solvers with a positive mindset and the drive to define and implement the strategy for Swiss Universal Bank, someone who
  • Spent 5+ years with a top tier strategy consulting firm (manager and above level), or has a successful track record as a line manager in a strategy role within a large corporate
  • Has an above-average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, economics or engineering
  • Demonstrates drive and energy to generate creative solutions for complex problems
  • Complements the ability to manage strategic initiatives and projects with leadership experience
  • Shows excellent analytical-conceptual skills as well as strong thought leadership and story-lining capabilities, is structured and results-driven, and has the ability to get things done
  • Showcases first-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with senior management, and has the ability to influence and reach joint decisions.
