As a Team Lead Customer Facing Supply Chain (CFSC), you will be leading our CFSC activities overall as well as the team of VMI planers with the ambition to deliver joint value for our customers by maximizing sales through improved availability and by delivering at the optimum cost.

A Day in the Life of a Team Lead CFSC

  • Develop and implement joint customer roadmaps together with Sales to drive customer satisfaction
  • Be key partner to Sales and customers to enhance and improve collaboration across both Supply Chains
  • Measure, share and drive where possible SC performance in a customer centric way (stock level, availability, cost to serve)
  • Collaborate with Physical Logistics, Planning, Sales and Customers to improve cost to serve
  • Identify areas of collaboration to drive our sustainability ambitions and a CO2 reduction
  • Lead and manage the team of VMI planers

What Will Make You Successful
  • University degree required
  • At least 3 years’ experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Customer Facing Supply Chain
    • Sales and/or Marketing
    • Demand & Supply Planning
    • Distribution/Logistics
  • Project management experience to implementation of major project(s) or change program(s)
  • Additionally, operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
    • Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
    • Working in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support
    • Experience in related business improvement project
  • Strong sales and business perspective understanding
  • Strong leadership skills and customer oriented
  • Fluent in German, English and French
