Team Lead – Digital Solutions

Your tasks

Functional and disciplinary responsibility for our new team "Digital Solutions" with two direct reports
Define a strategic roadmap for the longterm positioning of our digital ecosystem
Deduct corresponding initiatives to implement the strategic roadmap
Observe and analyse digital building automation trends to enhance our digital solutions
Conceptionally co-create our IoT systems and data structures
Develop KPIs and analytical strategies to control the perfomance of the digital product family
Closely collaborate with Product Management, Development and external partners

Your profile

Master’s or PhD degree in software engineering, computer science, building automation, electronics or relevant field
Significant experience in IoT ecosystems, building IoT, building information modelling and/or analytics
Passion for digital trends and sustainable products in building automation
Functional or disciplinary leadership experience
Entrepreneurial mindset, implementation-oriented attitude and "can do" mentality
Analytical und well structured working method
Excellent communication skills in English und fluent in German
