The Visp site is looking for a Team Lead (f/m/d) (80 -100%) for quality unit support team (QUS-iLAB- Visp). As team lead of this group, you will be responsible for providing operational support for individual computerized QC system (iLAB) together with the team. This role includes application support, system administration as well as ensuring GMP compliance of the system. You will closely interact with different departments (QC, QA, IT, OT).

Key responsibilities:

  • Site system administrator role, including user management

  • Assignment, prioritization and planning of team’s tasks in line with available resources

  • Being responsible for the training and personal development of the team

  • Ensuring data integrity (DI) policies adherence under cGMP environment

  • Supporting with iLAB-related DRs / CAPAs / CRs / INVs

  • Monitoring and management of life cycle of SOPs and validation documentation

  • Supporting during external audits and inspections

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor, or Master of Science or equivalent in the fields such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Informatics, Computer Science, Bio-/Chemo-Informatics

  • Experience in the GMP or GLP environment and Quality Control and IT is required

  • Proven experience as Team Lead would be an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of iLAB (Perkin Elmer) would be an advantage

  • Ability to effectively influence and to implement changes, being flexible and adaptable to meet business needs and meeting timeliness in completing assigned tasks

  • Very good English and German communication skills (verbal and written)
