Team Lead Process Engineering (m/w) - Full Time - Allschwil, Switzerland

Join our ST ERA team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Team Lead Process Engineering (m/w) to help us take our client’s experience to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:
  • Process design of equipment and units for the thermal separation, especially for systems with high complexity
  • Technical support of Sales team
  • Lead a team of experienced Process engineers
  • Performance of basic engineering work (process)
  • Project management with technical and commercial responsibility for engineering projects (e.g. studies)
  • Support commissioning and optimization of units for thermal separation
  • Optimize work processes for process engineering
  • Training and education on a regular basis based on the company requirements
  • Know how conservation and documentation
  • Supervision of the activities of process engineering group
  • Budget responsibility of his cost center
To succeed in this role:

You are a chemical engineer with University degree and do have 5 to 10 years of experience in plant design and/or separation technologies. You bring with you Know-how in simulation software and Leadership skills with highly skilled people.

You do speak fluently in English, German is an advantage.
