You will be in charge of a team of 8 Product Analysts who are working in cross-functional team, together with Product manager and Product designer, in a continuous delivery environment :

  • Organize team activities reinforcing collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Support team member in Product Analyst activities accordingly to their level of expertise
  • Define and maintain the Product Analyst framework and guidelines
  • Proceed to employee annual reviews, evaluation, setting up objectives
  • Recruit and train new employee
  • Collaborate with other department managers
  • Report to the department management

Qualifications

  • You have several years of experience in people management.
  • You are an experimented Product Analyst, Product Owner or Project manager
  • You have experience in a Trading environment
  • You have a strong knowledge in roadmap planning and project management techniques
  • You have experience and interest in leading and growing people
  • You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats
  • You are good at creating clarity in ambiguous situations
  • You have the ability to take end-to-end responsibility for the company’s success
  • You set high standards for yourself and others
