MISSIONS ET ACTIVITES DU POSTE / MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOBFinalité du poste / Job purposeContribute to the development & delivery of products on the Digital UE roadmap & lead the application software development team.Responsabilités et missions du poste / Responsibilities and missionsMission 1: Agile Management & Scrum Master
  • Work cooperatively with Program Management, Product Owners, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success, both leading and influencing other leaders on the team.
  • Hold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy and drive to meet business priorities.
  • Contribute to R&D procedures and development of industry standards working closely with cross-functional business units.
  • Participate in design control activities
  • Monitors delivery status of developments & respect the timeline laid out in the Digital UE Roadmap
  • Ensure that Agile methodology is followed throughout the development cycle
  • Coach teams in agile methodology & collaborate with other scrum masters
  • Facilitate Agile events
  • Facilitate communication with the Product Owner
  • Ability to generate and review the necessary documents with project teams. (Requirements/design/architecture/bugs/test).
Mission 2: Team Manager
  • Provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
  • Ensures the timeline is followed by the software development team
  • Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed by the team
  • Set goals for the team and regularly monitor with one to one meetings & annual evaluation
  • Monitor team budget

  • Understanding of C++ software development & previous coding experience
  • Previous experience with management
  • Good knowledge of Agile practices – notably SCRUM
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in english & french

  • Collaboratively influence the Software Development Life Cycle processes changes and best practices.
  • Collaboratively influence the Application Lifecycle Management /Traceability best practices and tools.
  • Collaboratively lead in creating estimates for code implementation time/resource for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Regulatory and compliance standards applied to the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Formation Requise / Training Required
  • Engineering Degree in a relative field
  • Agile training
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
