    • About Our Client

    Our client is a fast growing medical devices company with global operations.

    Job Description
    • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of a support, production or operation team.
    • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors;
    • Ensure alignment between decisions and problem solving with Business policies, procedures and plan;
    • Recognized expert, or develop to become such, in validation with depth and breadth of experience in processes, products and their application. Understand business processes / Product and needs of internal / external customers and look to align services provided;
    • Act as a coach to manage and support team members on individual training and development plans to achieve required performance, complete required performance processes;
    • Participate in investigations to determine root cause of study failure and support those for all areas in scope.

    The Successful Applicant
    • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, plus relevant work experience;
    • Experience with process, equipment and cleaning method validation;
    • Deep understanding of validation principles and processes;
    • Knowledge and expertise with specialized and core IT packages (i.e. LIMS, MS Office);
    • Strong inter-personal skills evidence by ability to collaborate to achieve common (business) goals and communicate effectively within and outwith peer group;
    • Employs a coaching style to all aspects of line management;
    • Actively seeks opportunity to share solutions to recent problems and /or improvement initiatives as "case studies" across team to aid in development of managed staff;
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond flexibly;
    • Fluent in English.
