Your role

Are you passionate about identifying and design process automation solutions? Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes? Do you have a curious nature, and are always interested in finding ways to innovate and improve processes?

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
  • collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities to eliminate waste by improving day to day work and find process automation solution to increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
  • design implementable process improvement including technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies
  • manage all process improvement and automation solutions of an assigned business segment
  • build good stakeholder relationship and establish strong problem solving culture
  • support and initiate cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset

Your team

You’ll be working in the Automation Analysis team based in Zurich. The team is helping to identify process optimization and automation (robotics) opportunities and to design tailored solutions for our Stakeholders in Wealth Management. This benefits our stakeholder in executing their day to day business more efficiently.

Your expertise

You have:
  • business analysis experience and/or a change management background - previous experience in Robot Process Automation projects is desirable
  • experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
  • the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills
  • professional experience within Banking Operation
  • experienced with facilitating workshops, fostering idea generation is an asset
  • experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma is an asset
  • fluency in English (German or other language skills are a plus)

  • curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently as well as in a team and generate new ideas and provide process improvement and automation solutions
  • organized, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment
