Then you might be interested into an IT support analyst role to:

  • support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
  • ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
  • contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
  • manage stakeholders’ expectations through regular business communications
  • participate in project activities / leading small projects; driving the execution of innovative solutions
  • understand business criticality, prioritize work accordingly to meet objectives and deadlines
  • define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • maintain a knowledge database

Your team

You’ll be working in the TOC WMPC Operations team in Zurich. We provide Second Level Business Support. This benefits our Securities & Settlements Business area. As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Securities Operations business partners.

Your expertise

  • ideally a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience providing production support within the financial industry
  • proficient with software tools, such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Automation Anywhere, Python
  • good Technical Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, DB2, Mainframe, Wintel, Linux & Job Scheduling
  • ability to solve complex issues, analytical skills and good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
  • track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners
  • confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
  • capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
  • good written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English, German a plus
  • ability to prioritize your own workload on a daily base and good team worker
  • familiarity with various reporting tools expected (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau, Excel
