Lastminute.com is looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee for its HR team based in Chiasso.

You will work proactively to meet the needs of the organization by conducting the sourcing, screening and interviewing of applicants to ensure a continuous pipeline of high quality candidates for existing requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn techniques concerning recruitment processes, starting from the drafting and posting of job descriptions, in-depth sourcing of candidates using recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn), pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to the Managers

• Conduct research and scout to identify potential candidates

• Support in managing recruiting efforts on key universities and schools on a worldwide level focused on identifying, attracting and retaining the very best talent

• Participate in Employer Branding and campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, campus interviews, etc

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree in Human Resources preferably

• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Fluency in English

• Previous experience in recruiting

• Passion for recruitment
