Lino Biotech AG, a spinoff of ETH Zürich and F.Hoffmann-La Roche AG, is an innovative fast-growing biotech company. Our core technology, focal molography, is used both in university research and in industry to study the interactions of biomolecules. We commercialize the world most robust biosensing technology – focal molography – and enable our customers to perform molecular interaction analysis, sample characterization, and concentration measurements in model and crude biological samples.

To strengthen our laboratory team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) at our location in Zurich. Applications from motivated young professionals are also welcome.

Your Responsibilities:

· Application of protein-chemical and molecular-biological methods

· Production, packaging and shipping of consumables, as well as their quality control

· Manufacturing and testing of laboratory reagents

· Manufacturing and testing of molographic sensing chips

· Organization of storage of chemical and biochemical substances

· Implementation of conjugation reactions of biomolecules and their purification

· Support of our Application Specialists in the implementation of customer projects

· Documentation, evaluation and presentation of results

Your Profile:

· Training in a laboratory profession (CTA, BTA, MTA, laboratoryassistant) and/or B.Sc. degree in biochemistry/chemistry/biology/biotechnology (FH)

· Ideally professional experience in the biotech, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry

· Knowledge or experience in any of the following fields is a plus:

- analytics (affinity, purification)

- nucleic acids and protein chemistry

- surface chemistry

- label-free technologies (e.g. SPR, BLI)

- biological assay development

- data processing

· A goal-oriented, self-organized working style
